Sorry I have not been writing in quit some time but I'm back.  Thank God for a new year and Him blessing us to get through the last one. 
    I'm excited because this year for the first time ever the Feast of Men weekend will be held here in North Carolina.  The dinner will be at Flemings Steakhouse in Charlotte.  It will be an awesome event this year the best ever with a couple of surprises up my sleeve I hope.  Check back and check out my Feast of Men Facebook page.  I will talk to you soon...

Flemings Restaurant in Charlotte had to be one of the best and average experiences I've ever had. 
    I went to Flemings twice because they only serve Prime Rib on Sunday so I had to go back and try it.  But the first time I went I got the Ribeye and this time I got the blue cheese crust topping on it.  That was the first time I ever got that.  This Ribeye was so tender and delicious I had to sit back and take it all in for a moment.  I mean I literally put my fork down and sat back in my se...
