This F.O.M dinner was held at Charlie Brown's Steakhouse in Middletown NY.  This was our most recent Prime Rib adventure and was our biggest cut to date!
The atmosphere was laid back and was fun.  No problems with anything as far as the enjoyment level goes.  The dress code was nothing special, you didn't have to dress up or anything like that.  That was especially good for us since we would have to unbuckle ours belts pretty soon.
The service was excellent to be honest, the chef came out and greeted us and shook our hands as well as took some pictures of us that you see displayed on our site.  Our waiter was prompt and we never were in need of a drink or napkin.  The chef came back a few times to check on us personally and ensured us that our wait would not be much longer.
At last the 75oz, per person, was brought to our table.  We were told to enjoy and the real meal began.  It had a solid dry rub on it.  But as I stated in another blog, if you, as the waiter, can't remember who ordered what then some people will be upset with what they ordered.  I ordered mine medium well but it was well done throughout most of it.  It still wasn't bad, it wasn't the worst I've had but it wasn't close to the best.  But for the price of $69 for the whole meal you can't beat that at all!
The Chef was also a good guy he bought desert for us as well.  For the price alone I can recommend Charlie Brown's.
