Flemings Restaurant in Charlotte had to be one of the best and average experiences I've ever had.
I went to Flemings twice because they only serve Prime Rib on Sunday so I had to go back and try it.  But the first time I went I got the Ribeye and this time I got the blue cheese crust topping on it.  That was the first time I ever got that.  This Ribeye was so tender and delicious I had to sit back and take it all in for a moment.  I mean I literally put my fork down and sat back in my seat and thought, "is this really as good as I think it is?"  Then I took another bite and it most definitely was.  The blue cheese got a little overbearing the more I ate so I could get that in a smaller portion and be happy.  but I tasted my wife's and it was just the same way great tasting with no blue cheese.  Seasoned to perfection no need to cut it, your fork could just pull it away that's how tender it was.  I didn't even think about any dipping sauces, that's how good this steak was.  It was absolutely great!  When I tell you, "GO GET IT," I mean hurry up and "GO GET IT."  I'm making myself hungry thinking about it.  The price for two was a bit pricey around $150, also considering everything was A La Carte, but that's one of those steaks you want to save up all month for believe me.
Now when I went back on a Sunday I was expecting the same thing.  But it wasn't like that at all.  The Prime Rib was just okay although the Au Jus was tasty.  It was nothing to sing about at all.  They bake there Prime Rib like OutBack Steakhouse does and I don't like the way they do it.  But on the upside, for $35 per person for the whole meal including desert it was a great meal.  So I say go try it for the budget and "GO GET IT"  for the Ribeye. God bless
