A Philly native and Fleming's Steakhouse of Charlotte head chef. Richard Cobbs is the top Feast of Men Chef to contend with. Since 2007 this position has been held down by Shula's restaurant in Baltimore but has been ripped away by the twirling tongs and revamped prime rib preparation of Chef Cobbs. The Feast of Men spotlight is on him while we await another Feast to come in February 2012. Let's see if he will remain the top chef, not only in Charlotte but up and down the East Coast so far! The Feast of Men may be going to Philly, there might be trouble back at home. Until then, treat yourself to some of that prime rib or another great steak he prepares at Fleming's, you won't be disappointed!
